Terms of use

1. The service

Salat by Muslimin is published by The KF Company, a French SAS registered in Paris under number 893 636 167, at 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France. These terms cover the Salat website and app. Contact: contact@musliminapp.com.

2. Learning and access

The app supports learning ablution, prayer and recitations. No Salat account is needed. All learning remains free. Content is educational; sources and explanations are available in the app. Individual situations may need guidance from a qualified person.

Respect content creators’ rights and the security of the service. Copying or commercially using original texts, artwork, translations or recordings requires the appropriate rights. Third-party resource and software licences continue to apply.

3. Optional monthly support

Three auto-renewing monthly subscriptions provide the same benefit: hiding SponsorHub cards while active. They do not unlock additional lessons or recordings. This is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Your store displays the local price, currency and conditions before confirmation. Apple or Google processes payment. There is no minimum commitment beyond the paid period; the subscription renews until cancelled under the store’s rules.

4. Manage, restore and request a refund

Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account before renewal, following the deadline shown by the store. The benefit remains available until the paid period ends, unless a refund or revocation applies. Uninstalling the app or resetting progress does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases with the store account used for the purchase. Refund requests and withdrawal rights follow store rules and applicable mandatory law. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

5. Platform terms

The Apple standard EULA applies on iOS. For Android, see the Google Play terms. Store account rules and purchase authorisation requirements for minors continue to apply.

6. Sponsored content and privacy

Sponsored cards are identified. Their links open third-party services with their own terms. Our privacy policy describes processing by SponsorHub, subscription providers and update services. Learning progress remains local.

7. Availability and changes

Included lessons and recordings work offline; purchases, restoring purchases and updates need a network connection. Some features depend on your device and operating system. We may correct and improve the app. Material updates to these terms will be shown here with the updated date.

8. Support and rights

For a content correction, technical issue or data request, contact Salat support. We will work with you to find a solution. Mandatory protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
